Regarding requirements, there are just the basic ones - such as  vaccinations up to date flea control   in generally good health..... meaning    no sneezing,    diarrhea or    signs of illness.  I will accept kitties that are on medication, but we must discuss it when making the reservation so that both you and I have a clear idea of what's required.  As far as VACCINATIONS, call and discuss it with me as different age cats have different requirements. However, generally speaking the only one I require is the FVRCP which is commonly referred to as the 'distemper vaccine'.  In line with the new recommendations of the veterinarian's association, I will accept proof of the shot within the past 3 years; I don't require any other vaccines.  And finally, with regard to FLEA CONTROL - thank goodness we all have very little problem with THAT any more!  For years I fought the good fight with the cussed things, but now we have Advantage, FrontLine, Revolution, etc. Here in the Cattery, if I see any sign of flea dirt I will comb kitty to be sure and then will treat with Advantage and charge for that. I do not now, nor have I ever, required a bath for kitty either upon arrival or departure. And that is the small list of requirements for them, which all things considered is pretty short;  1.  be in reasonably good health 2.  have had the distemper shot within the past 3 years  3.  and have no little critters 'bugging' the kitty. :) I look forward to meeting you and your feline family . . .  Phone for your Cat's reservations  954-472-7276 catkennel87@aol.com
